It will be analyzed and evaluated most common models which are Lewins Change Management Model, ADKAR model and Kotters Eight Step Change Model. Each model provide particular approach with own advantages and disadvantages therefore its signifi lottly important to clearly understand each of the three change management models (Cellars, 2007). If culture combines with organizations strategic and operating targets, it can stimulate improvement of performance and efficiency.
